We have tried to make shopping online hassle free with $25.90 shipping Australia wide. 
Products are shipped using standard Australia post although If you wish to have your order sent via Express Post please select the option as displayed in the Checkout and pay the required additional fee.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no-one is in attendance at time of delivery, the order will be diverted to the closest Australia Post outlet, or relevant courier depot. We strongly suggest to have your delivery address as your workplace, and if you find that you have accidentally provided the wrong address you can let us know through our contact us form on the home page.

We know the feeling of wanting it fast when you order online! We ship orders Monday through to Friday and we will make every effort to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

All orders are shipped out of Brisbane, and individual products may be sourced from any of our stores and suppliers where necessary. Dispatch and shipping times may be extended by 2-3 days depending on the location of your ordered item. If there is a delay or we are unable to source your order from a supplier our customer care team will contact you to let you know of an alternative item we can provide or offer a full refund.

Australian External Territories will be considered International Orders and will have a freight charge applied equal to our freight cost to pack and send the item (including Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands). In some instances your request to order may be declined where a prompt freight service cannot be offered. Any payments made will be refunded in full.

Due to the time frame for freight deliveries to these locations, no missing articles will be considered by Silva Lyons Motorcycles or the relevant shipping company before a minimum of 30 days from shipping date.
